I had Jeff come by today to clean my chimney and wood stove. I've done this job myself for several years but with too many to do items and a waning love of ladders, it was time to let a professional do the job. I thought his price was fair (and better) than his competitors and he did a great job. I didn't realize the cleaning included the wood stove itself and Jeff showed me a section of the stove that I had missed cleaning myself in years past. I appreciated his care to be tidy (drop cloth, vacuuming everything on and around and in the wood stove, etc), his text reminder, appointment confirmation and "en route eta".
