We would highly recommend Pop A Lock. They are very responsive and provide exemplary service. After contacting them to fix our door lock, and they were out the next morning. It was a pleasure working with them!
I was locked out of my home. This company was able to respond faster than anyone else. Very professional and courteous. I had access to my home in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely put Pop a Lock at the top of my list.
Everyone will need a locksmith in their life sooner or later and my suggestion is to put Charlie's number from Pop-A-Lock in your phone record. My lock on the front door of my business in Avon was malfunctioning as I went to close up last night. The next day my landlord told me that their locksmith would need two to three days to arrive or suggested we could unbolt the door and bring it to them. After I stopped convulsing with laughter, I randomly called Charlie who assured me that he understood my concern about securing my door and would do his best to arrive that day.
