I recently purchased a condo on the 8th floor in a high rise building on the Jersey Shore. The building is 50 years old with single pane windows. It came InnerGlass inside window systems in all the room. I believe they were installed about 10 years ago. I did not know much about them and was thinking about doing a complete window replacement upgrade like other units in the building to the tune of $50,000.
