Coleen is a fabulous massage therapist. She helps me relax and treats me with respect. She also helps any pain I have and always inquires what my issues are with my body and is flexible to work with those issues whatever they are. I always feel relaxed and redressed when I leave her.

Colleen is the best! She listens and applies whatever massage techniques are called for to focus on the problem area(s). I always come out of there feeling calm and relaxed and like I've done something good for myself. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist.

Colleen employs many modalities to accomplish your goals for the session including; traditional Swedish, deep tissue, sports, orthopedic/remedial massage, NRT, positional release, Thai, shiatsu, acupressure, vacu-cupping, aromatherapy, hot stones. Colleen works with her clients to determine treatment plans to ensure that they get the most out of their sessions as well as maintaining comfort and wellness between sessions.
