Had dental work done. I was given so much Novocain my face was numb from my forehead to my ears to my nose to my neck. It lasted 6 hours. Going into several days later I have had chronic headaches, lock jaw and jaw pain. I was told the worst part would be getting the Novocain… it was not. I can barely eat regular food. I’ve had smoothies the past week. When I left I wasn’t told anything other then you’ll be fine and have a good day.

He's the best dentist, I used to be scared to death, however after meeting Dr. Williams and his staff, immediately I felt relaxed. He's changed my smile, I'm very grateful!

Dr. Williams no longer practices here. As of late 2022 went I went there, it was owned & operated by Dr. Orr, I think DDS. It's like a falling apart shed - the rooms are VERY close, masks were not required, I received no HIPPA form, nor was asked to sign one. No offense vs. anyone w/ADHD, but that's how she seemed, running from room to room. I waited 1.5 hrs past my appointment time and left horrified! She didn't even wash her hands from the person she filled a cavity, nor ant-bacterial gel/foam. All she did was change her gloves. Unsanitary facility, even her inside office name plate on her door was falling off. I thought living in W. Sims, it would be convenient, but I'll NEVER return.
