I can't say enough good things about The Carpet Connection. From the first time Joe and Sue came by the house and let us take as much time as we needed to peruse their wide selection of carpet options, to the final day after install, I knew we were working with people who actually care about their business and customers more than just dollars. They were never pushy, never tried to upsell or overcharge. The entire process was easy, relaxed, and felt like you were dealing with close family members (the ones you actually like). The carpet is just what we were expecting, if not even better once it was installed. I would absolutely recommend using them!

At some point, Google has to allow clients the option to give 6 stars. Because that's what Joe and Sue deserve. Absolutely immaculate work coupled with outstanding customer service. We relied exclusively on Joe and Sue's expertise in picking carpet and flooring....and it was an incredible decision. Thank you Carpet Connection!
