I called just a few hours before closing on a Saturday because I was dealing with excruciating back pain, and Ed went out of his way to squeeze me in that same day. He spent well over an hour with me—walking me through exercises, explaining everything clearly, and giving me a game plan that actually worked.

By Monday, just 48 hours later, I was already feeling significantly better. He made time to see me again on Wednesday and Friday, so in less than a week I had three sessions and saw real results. What started as miserable, intense pain turned into major relief—and that speaks volumes.
