Minute Men Cleaners-Launderers in Shelton has lovely and nice people who do great work, getting many stains out of clothes. The staff is dependable and knowledgeable, treating customers like family. They provide personalized service and go the extra mile. The seamstress does a beautiful job and is extremely talented, handling simple fixes on the spot with no charge. Work gets done in a timely fashion, and clothes are handled with care and cleaned perfectly every time. The level of service is outstanding, with kind, professional staff who go out of their way for the best customer service. They are also kind and interactive toward children, offering a pleasant experience. Customers would highly recommend this business and will make a point to send others their way.
These cleaners - and the seamstress - are lovely and nice people. They do great work and got many stains out of my clothes. I've brought many items to the seamstress and she does a beautiful job. The work gets done in a timely fashion.
I stopped in today to have a pull in a brand new sweater fixed. Apparently this was a simple fix because they offered to mend it on the spot. It took about one minute, and when I went to pay, they told me there would be no charge. I've used the seamstress a couple of times, and have always been impressed with her work, but even more so today to have done this quick fix so generously. My 2-year-old daughter was with me and they were also so kind and so interactive toward her. I wish all businesses offered such a pleasant experience, and I will certainly make a point to send others their way.
Dependable, knowledgeable staff that treats you like family. Monique and Irene are the absolute best. Personalized service and they go the extra mile. Monique sees me pulling in and has my clothes ready when I walk in. Irene is an extremely talented seamstress and has helped me out of more than a few wardrobe emergencies.
