I’ve been to a few different MassageEnvy locations and I usually have good experiences. Staff are friendly and helpful, environment is relaxing, and they do a good job addressing all of my questions/concerns. One thing I particularly like about the Shelton location is they do a nice job with the music selection. Some other locations I’ve been to the playlist are a little start and stop, which I find not as relaxing. Shelton’s playlist our continuous, and you can’t detect breaks in the tracks.I also wanna give a shoutout to Carla, my therapist for today. She is thorough and efficient. I had the pleasure of having Yolanda ( Aka Gifted Hands) as my Massage Therapist!! It was the ABSOLUTE BEST massage that I have ever received!! I learned so much about my muscles and target areas that needed to be focused on and I definitely plan on returning!!!
