Nikki has completely ignored and conitnued ignoring my original requests throught the whole time I was in the salon on 10/20/22, even though she agreed to that in the first place (one star).Thanks to store manager has fixed the situation, but still had to repeat it several times how to fix it, which is not exactly what I wanted, but what can you do if you are stopping in for fix while others have reservations and waiting (+2 stars).I cannot rate more than 3 starts for such business and would not recommend.Service: Haircut

First time going to Great Clips. I have very fine hair and know what type of cut works for me. I explained in detail what I wanted and received a cut exactly what I asked for. Perfect!! We definitely return for future cuts! Thank you, Carolyn. ?
