The instructors at Fred Astaire in Shelton are so so so welcoming and knowledgeable! They have created such a positive environment to learn and do an excellent job at meeting every student where they’re at. Words cannot express the joy that these instructors and this studio have brought into my life!

My husband and I took dance lessons 30 years ago and decided we wanted to bring ballroom dance back into our senior lives. We are having a blast! It’s great exercise and even though we took lessons in the past we are learning so much. We love it! All the teachers are wonderful! ❤️
