Solid, dependable plumbing services, with very knowledgeable and professional plumbers. I've used them several times, and have felt fully informed every time about what work needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and what my alternatives were. Very fair on pricing and the reasons for it; if they get the part and put it in, then they guarantee it. If you want to buy your own parts, then it's up to you to make sure you got quality ones - when it comes to water pipes, I prefer to not take chances, and I've been very happy with the results.
