Kudos to Jolene and the crew at Anything Goes Fitness. I had my annual physical today and while I still have work to do to bring my weight down, all vitals, strength tests, blood work and the like show that I am healthy and doing well. My doctor commented on how much healthier I am then many 30 somethings he sees. I can't take all (or most of) the credit. The strength training and dietary guidance from Anything Goes and Jolene have help tremendously as has a regular program of exercise. Thank you Anything Goes!!!

I have been going to Dave for 2 yrs now and it has changed my outlook toward exercise and gyms. Personal training is the only way to go. Gyms are boring, and I was doing things all wrong while I was there. I get great instructions, and I have become a lot more flexible and in shape. 100% recommend.
