John was a great. I had a dead driver, an unrecoverable key and a backup failure. John worked diligently and tirelessly to restore my files and made my laptop like new by the next day. He even texted me late in the evening to tell me that the files were saved so I could get a decent night's sleep. I appreciate his expertise and work ethic. I highly recommend his services. He will be by "go to" person for all my computer needs.

John was amazing!! He was able to figure out the issue with my laptop, order the new part and install it all within 3 days (dropped off late morning Saturday and picked up Monday afternoon). Super reasonable prices and was great keeping me updated on the status. Highly recommend this place!

Called John Saturday mid morning and told him that my laptop fell off my lap and now the touchscreen doesn’t work, He told me to bring it to him, I received a call an hour later and he told me that he had fixed it. Very pleased with the fast and efficient service, very pleased with the reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Reliable Computer Repair to anyone.
