I have been going here for many years now. The instructor has helped me come a long way with my back health and flexibility. The studio is always spotless clean and I always feel like I get a good workout on our 1x1 sessions.

Pilates You is absolutely devine! If Your looking for Personal attention in a cozy atmosphere then Pilates You is the place. Karen, the Owner and My Personal Instructor, is Oustanding. Her knowledge of Pilates is vast and every changing which makes for great Workouts that are never the same or boring…not too mention Her sense of Humor…it most definitely adds to the complete package of Your experience!! I highly recommend Pilates You!!!

Pilates with Karen is transformative - for the mind, body, and soul. She is passionate about her art of teaching and it shows. I’ve been going for almost 9 months now and have no plans on stopping. If you truly want to learn Pilates, this is the place do it. Cannot recommend enough. So grateful for Karen’s attention to detail and helping me get back to feeling myself again. ❤️
