Great company! Cheryl in the office was so helpful when I was desperate to get my AC fixed before the heatwave . The technician arrived within a couple of hours and was very professionaland thorough. I was so pleased with Paraco that I got their service contract. I highly recommend them. ?

My elderly mother lives in New Haven County, CT and during one of our recent heat waves her air conditioning went down. I called two HVAC companies on a Thursday morning and Paraco HVAC immediately dispatched a representative to my Mom's house to assess the situation. After an initial visit on Thursday afternoon, Paraco HVAC had two new coils (inside and out) installed by Tuesday and her house was cool by Tuesday afternoon! Extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. Did exactly what they promised, cutting no corners. I especially appreciate the effort they put in to minimize the amount of external channels for the heat pump system they installed. The system works great and costs less to operate than I expected. Mike Chickos knows his stuff. Evan and Jimmy were on the job when promised and were always pleasant and hard-working.
