After much hesitation and angst in making the investment to build a pool, we finally decided to pool the trigger in the summer of 2022 at the tail end of Covid. Being slightly overwhelmed with different designs and construction methods involved in the pool build process, we looked to friends who had previously had pools built for guidance. One thing became clear quickly is that we fell in love with designs and layouts that a few of our friends had. The one thing they had in common is that all of them used Total Pool & Patio. in a time where it seems customer service is lacking and overall pride in craftmanship has waned, it was refreshing to see that there is still a company that is committed to these values. From the moment I met Tom and his team, I knew we had made the right choice. Tom's passion and excitement for Pool building is unparallel. This same passion is also shared by his whole team. Total Pool & Patio treats every pool like their own, from the build process to servicing. We cannot be happier with the work Total Pool & Patio has done transforming our yard into an oasis that will provide memories for years to come. Pools built by Total Pool & Patio are works of art, each individually crafted to fit the needs and vision of the family.
