Reviews
We relocated our business location last year (a salon that produces large amounts of laundry) and unfortunately lost our in-house laundry facility. The good thing that resulted was my discovery of Sunny Suds Laundromat. I've been there just about 5 days per weeks for the past 11 months and have been nothing but thrilled with the facility, service and staff! The laundromat is meticulously maintained and the attendants are very caring, attentive and helpful. If you're looking for a great laundromat, go no futher than Sunny Suds on Town Line Road in Rocky Hill!
Sunny Suds is under new ownership and was very pleased with the quick response by the owner Frank when I had an issue with the machines. Initially I received an AI generated reception. I was ready to never hear back from anyone. But not only did he call back quickly, he showed up at the laundromat to make sure it was taken care of. I feel like good customer service is rarer every year. The facility was clean and well maintained. Thanks.
