Not sure what to say? My old glasses vs new ones. How is this okay? They’re not in the frame all the way. And neither is the prescription for my eyes right. Going back to my original eye doctor.. CT Eye Physicians Saybrook Rd Middletown recommended this place to me big mistake. I wouldn’t recommend going to either one.
Not sure if having state insurance had to do with it. My original eye doctor never did this to me. Seemed like they only wanted to push me to purchase something, disappointed I walked out.
I just wanted proper new glasses covered by my husky insurance!! My old eye doctor never charged me anything for them.

We had a bit of a rough start, but the team at MyEyeDr Rocky Hill quickly turned things around—and then some. Time and time again, they’ve over-delivered with unmatched competency, skill, and genuine care. From the front desk to the exam room, every interaction has been professional, efficient, and thoughtful. This is hands down the best spot for eye care in the area. I wouldn’t trust my vision to anyone else.
Receptionist has no personality! Not the warm fuzzy feeling you want when you enter a business for the first time. Ordered two pair of glasses one for me and one from my husband. Had to take my husbands glasses back as he could see out of them.
