My boyfriend and I utilized this law firm for purchasing our first home. We worked with Phyllis, Rachel, Chris, and Cathy throughout the process. Everyone was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Rachel was the one to actually walk us through the closing documents and we really appreciated her thorough yet humorous approach :). Thank you to the whole team for helping us through this process!
My mom passed at 95, original will in upstate NY. She lived with my sister in PA, then here in CT. The executors also changed with who was closest. Everything was very confusing to me. I wasn't able to go thru the original lawyer in NY because she passed in CT. Phyllis explained everything clearly, made sure I had an accurate list of what she needed and made the process fast and easy to navigate. I was able to payout everyone and finalize within the month. Time to update mine, yes, I'm calling her again.
