I bought a 2 facial microdermabrasion facial package on Groupon. I contacted her probably 10x times and finally got an appointment (her address is NOT the one posted on Groupon). I never mentioned the voucher when making the appt which is why I think I even got one. I enjoyed my experience (7/10 facial) although I thought it was odd she asked for my phone and redeemed the voucher herself. I was never able to get in touch with her again despite trying consistently and had to seek a refund. It is evident by my experience and the reviews she doesn’t like doing the Groupons/facials for half her typical price for new customers — she should take her ad off the site then....read full review
