Supercuts at Copps Hill Plaza in Ridgefield offers quality haircuts for men and women, color services, and a variety of hair care products. The salon is a quick and affordable option, with some customers reporting their hair feels much healthier after a trim. The quality of service can depend on the stylist, but staff are nice. The new location is very clean and much larger than the previous one. Customers generally appreciate the good value they receive.
Crystal was very kind, friendly, and accommodating! I came in for a basic trim (split ends were dying) and now my hair feels much healthier. The trim (~1-2 inches) could’ve been more even across my hair… but still, a very affordable and quick option :)
The quality of the service totally depends on the stylist you work with. I went once and got a great haircut. I went a second time and it was just ok. The beard trim doesn’t seem worth it - it was just a quick once over with the buzzers. Staff are nice. The online check in system seems to work pretty well.
I have been a Supercuts client in Ridgefield for years, my stylist Carmen always does a wonderful job. The new location is very clean and much larger than previous one, but I wish there’s cozy music playing in the salon especially the holiday season is coming.
