Crystal was very kind, friendly, and accommodating! I came in for a basic trim (split ends were dying) and now my hair feels much healthier. The trim (~1-2 inches) could’ve been more even across my hair… but still, a very affordable and quick option :)

The quality of the service totally depends on the stylist you work with. I went once and got a great haircut. I went a second time and it was just ok. The beard trim doesn’t seem worth it - it was just a quick once over with the buzzers. Staff are nice. The online check in system seems to work pretty well.

I have been a Supercuts client in Ridgefield for years, my stylist Carmen always does a wonderful job. The new location is very clean and much larger than previous one, but I wish there’s cozy music playing in the salon especially the holiday season is coming.
