Went to the Stretch Lab in Ridgefield, CT today and dealt with Julie at the front desk and had Maddie do the stretching for me. Both were great to deal with. Both were very polite and professional at there jobs. I was so happy with them. I signed up for another stretch for this Monday. I highly recommend this place. The owners are so lucky to have good people like Juli and Maddie!

The team at stretch lab is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in working with the body in terms of flexibility, injury prevention and overall relaxation of the muscles and joints. As an osteopathic physician, I recommend all my clients do regular stretching to help maintain the hands on osteopathic treatment that I do for musculoskeletal health and wellness.

Stretch lab was the answer to my prays!! Payton was able to stretch out my piriformis muscle to give me relief from sciatic nerve pain. I am so happy I tried stretch lab. It is life changing!!!
