Not good customer service I placed an order it took 12 days to process the order when I finally threatened to cancel the order and do a charge back the order shipped put was not complete filed a claim with them 4 days ago and have heard nothing. There are a lot of these companies out there so choose wisely DON'T USE THIS ONE

shady, shady, shady! buyer beware!! terrible communication.. as in- no communication (after they take your money!!). they stall & steal, if you don't stay on them. orders are "processing" &/or on "backorder" for exorbitant length of time.. (until you confront them).. but; trust me- they took your money day one!!! my order was canceled after funds were taken & i had already been waiting almost a week!!

They duplicated a gift order to the tune of $547.58 and refuse to provide a way to return the duplicates and get my money back. This gift has turned into a nightmare. I have reported to the BBB, and will be leaving reviews anywhere I can. Buyer beware.
