I would follow Erin to the ends of the earth! She gently fixed some very damaged blond hair and I don’t even know how many years it’s been, but I could not be happier. I would be lost without Erin!
Bonus: all the staff are the very best. I love them all.
I am a long time client of this salon and I am consistently thrilled by the work that Erin does on my hair and by the customer service and friendliness of the other staff members. I always feel comfortable and cared for when I go there. My elderly mother is also a regular client and she can be, admittedly, rather challenging. Heidi at the front desk is always exceedingly patient with her and goes above and beyond to accommodate her. She is one of the best parts of this gem of a salon. You will not be disappointed if you choose Shine and you will feel welcomed and will walk out looking great! 😊
Erin did a great job with my haircut. She is very skilled, clearly cares a lot and listens really well. Also, the salon's COVID precautions made me feel secure/safe. An overall very positive experience!
