He came to the house the very next day, grabbed his ladder and went on the roof for a thorough inspection. “my recent experience using Look Outside for gutter cleaning was amazing! we ended up having a last minute issue at the house the day of our gutter cleaning that required our water to be turned off and the technicians were extremely understanding and were able to accommodate us and come back for the cleaning the next day. they did a very thorough job and even noticed a crack in our gutter and helped us seal it up. Approximately 8,500 SQFT, Eli's Painting & Power Washing came in and power washed my property very well, as how we discussed how it would be done. As for the painting my husband and I were going over paint colors that are in style today. (Obviously whites and grays of course.) Eli was the one who provided colors and recommended a few, and my husband and I went with the colors that he had picked. “In 2021 we experienced rainstorms so massive that our gutters could not handle the volume of water flowing off our roof. As a result our basement flooded. I saw Russ's truck at a neighbors house and asked him if he could stop by to look at my gutters. He was so nice and immediately stopped by to take a look at my house. He said we needed wider gutters and larger elbow downspouts to catch all the water coming off the roof. We also discussed removing all the rotted fascia and replacing it with PVC which he did.Russ and his team were very easy to work with and Russ is a wonderful person who stands by his work and was very attentive to getting everything done. He does not let anything drag on. He will run and get whatever is needed to quickly finish the job. We have not experienced anymore flooding in our basement and we have had far worse rain storms since 2021.So I would highly recommend Russ and his team.“
