I loved the Fit for Fall program! The educational videos were amazing, and I really enjoyed the workouts. I was so surprised and happy when I saw the difference in my progress photos. Also, the daily habits checklist kept me accountable and mindful of what I was eating and how active I was. I need a routine and structure when it comes to working out, and if you do too, I highly recommend! Thanks Candace ❤️

Fit for Fall was just the motivation I needed to get back into a routine after my fitness plan fell off for a bit. I loved the format of independent workouts, but we had support and education from Candace through the entire program! I lost about 4 pounds over the 30 days focusing on nutrition and exercise, but notice a huge difference in how my jeans feel!

This program has been phenomenal. I’m seeing significant body comp changes, feeling stronger that I ever have, feeling way more confident in the gym, and super excited about all the progress. I’m back into some heathy habits like meditation and walking, and feeling much more level headed in general. I recommend this program to anyone who struggles with where to start and how to stay motivated.
