Julie Millett Clark Oh Yes! Yesterday I enjoyed an amazing Infra-Red Sauna Session at "Grow Wellness" in Ridgefield thanks to Kathleen Jaramillo Kweskin. Self Care is So Important! "Grow Wellness" is One of My Favorite Places and I Highly Recommend their Sauna!
Grow Wellness in Ridgefield is an absolute getaway. From amazing yoga classes to wonderful masseuse’ and one of my favorites the infrared sauna with its rainfall shower and zero gravity chair. There is even a little shop where you can buy specialized crafted goods from CBD salves to crystals. Everyone who works there is so welcoming and kind. Grow Wellness is truly a very special, feel good place!
Today I was fortunate enough to experience a wellness retreat at Grow Wellness which included a hatha yoga class, a one hour wellness massage and a one hour reiki session. My day started with the yoga class and followed with the most amazing massage by the owner Kathleen. It was truly a “wellness” massage. She applied just the right amount of pressure and even used some hot stones. My reiki session with Lisa was equally awesome. She is truly intuitive and is blessed in the ways she uses essential oils and singing bowls in her session. Grow Wellness itself is an extraordinary, spiritual space with crystals in every room. I highly recommend Grow Wellness!
