I really do like the care I receive here, but today was a joke. I was scheduled a 2:15 virtual appointment, just so I could have a script renewed. Being the first time, I was supposed to receive a text or email explaining what to do. I never got such information. I was called 10 minuets before the appointment to be told I'd be receiving the call shortly. I waited half an hour before calling to tell them I hadn't been contacted yet. "The doctor is with another patient at the moment. Just running a bit late is all." Was what I was told. I thanked them and began waiting again. Another half hour passed so I called a second time.
