A floral shop in the former Dempsey Center location. Floral & Gifts of OWC offers custom flower arrangements, and sells handmade gifts, all made by individuals with disabilities. Floral and Gifts of OWC is a part of the nonprofit, Opportunity Works Connecticut (OWC).
