Lisha was amazing. She used the perfect amount of pressure, and checked in with me periodically to make sure everything felt like it was helping and not hurting. Lisha knew tips and tricks on how to help my pain in day to day life scenarios. I added the cold stone face massage to my two hour massage, and I left feeling recharged and relaxed.
