“10/10 RECOMMEND ROBERT AND HIS CREW WITH ESTABLISHED HOMES!

We couldn’t be happier with the front porch railing installation! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. The contractor was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain options and make sure everything aligned with our vision.
The craftsmanship is top-notch. The railings are sturdy, beautifully installed, and have completely elevated the look of our home.
Every detail was handled with care, and the work area was kept clean and organized throughout the project.
What really stood out was the pride taken in the work. It’s clear this contractor genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction. The project was completed on time, on budget, and exceeded our expectations.
If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, I can’t recommend Established Homes highly enough. We would absolutely hire them again!”

Dynamic Building & Energy Solutions

“Dynamic was the company assigned to complete the energy audit of our newly purchased home through Energize CT. The team of two showed up promptly and even finished earlier than expected. I appreciated how flexible they were as I was there during the audit as was our toddler. They explained to me how the entire process will go clearly and my options after the fact. I never felt pressured to commit to work being done nor did I ever feel like I was being upsold something. Thankfully, only a small amount of work needs to be done to lower our energy bills and the quote is good for a full year so we have time to complete more urgent matters. I’m glad we went through with the audit so that we know what our home is doing right and what can be improved. I highly recommend everyone have an audit completed!”
