Shawn, who took my call was responsive and professional. Josh, the young man who did the work was smart, helpful, did a great job, and left the fireplace neat as a pin. I will use them regularly, and would highly recommend them.

I love using this company. They are on time and very efficient. They explain in detail what they have completed and clean up everything. I have used them for years and will continue. I also enjoy knowing I am supporting someone local. You will not be disappointed.

Since we moved to pomfret we've always used the flue doctor to service/clean our chimneys every year. Very reasonable prices and very professional staff. They do the job right and do not cut any corners.
