First off let me tell you that this company helped me when no one would just answer a question. I spoke to mike he educated me on my heat pump and its limitations. I will be forever grateful for his knowledge and wisdom.
Last night with an impending heat wave one of our A/C units failed. In a panic I left messages and inquiries with a bunch of local HVAC companies including the one I had been previously using to service my units. Saucier was the first to return my call before 8am this am and had someone at my house by 8:30. Not only was my unit fixed it was done so professionally. David went above and beyond today. Explaining each repair. Showing pictures and taking me out to the unit to show me what needed to be fixed. He was upfront with cost. He was polite cleaned up and left my home exactly as he found it (except way cooler!!) and tolerated my curious two year old following him around for some of the job. Thank you Saucier and David - will be switching and using you for our routine maintenance moving forward as I’m still waiting on a call back from the company that serviced us just two months prior… Thank you thank you thank you!!
