It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish.. appointment dates were honored, the staff was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. Communication was excellent. All the workmen were polite and precise in their work with good clean-up afterwards.
Ricci's stood by their work even a couple months after they installed my dishwasher. It started leaking due to a slight misalignment when it was installed. Mike had it fixed at no charge and it's now working perfectly again. I will definitely use Ricci's for future projects.
