ECC asked me to do this review. The inspection was exceptional, thorough and professional. The quote for repairs was very high and, when asked for a second look at that and give us a better price or staging, due to our financial circumstances and age, they simply lopped off half of the estimate which left the chimney to continue to leak without flashing repairs and removed the 2nd damper among other recommendations. Sigh.

Gregory did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and even gave some suggestions on how to more efficiently burn in our stove. Highly recommend!

I've used ECC 2x over the past few years. I think overall they do a good job. I do wish the technicians would contact me when they are on their way. The first time, I knew they had arrived because I saw the guy's legs dangling off my roof through my window. The 2nd time I wasn't home, my son stayed home to let them in. They showed up within the timeframe, it would've been helpful to know to put the dogs away in advance. They were clean and respectful, on-time and did a good job. Would recommend.
