Absolutely excellent. Office kept me informed of progress in locating materials. Installation staff was cordial and very professional. They got right to work which resulted in a complete solution to my problem.
We had Eric do a brick repair and a mortar fix and Chase did a cleaning and waterproofing to chimney . They all do a really great job. Shanon is great too and always gets things scheduled. Chris is just awesome also, always helping us out over many years. Thanks to all!
During inclement weather, ECC corrected a faulty liner installment, where a substantial amount of water was found coming out of the basement cleanout. In addition, all effort was made to prevent any damage to surroundings shrubs and lawn.
