Colonial Health & Rehab Center of Plainfield is described as a fantastic, inviting, and happy rehab center. The facility offers great services and entertainment for residents, promoting socializing. It is considered better than many other facilities in the area and accepts Title 19. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues. Overall, it is viewed as an amazing place where residents feel well-cared-for and happy.
I was there a couple of years ago and it he staff, nurses and just everyone who I was involved with my short time care was fantastic. The food is homemade and excellent. If I didn’t want what they brought me they told me they would bring me what I liked. Amazing place. Very clean and loved the atmosphere.
This has to be the most inviting, happiest, cleanest rehab center I have ever been to. The lights and decorations by the front entrance really make a difference. The place smells CLEAN, and although I’ve only been on the “active” side of the facility, the sounds were HAPPY. People were chatting, heading to different locations for activities, etc. Our good friend, who is currently being cared for there, knows she is not returning home but feels so happy and cared for -by the staff. What more could you ask for?
I spent over a month here after breaking my ankle. The staff was fantastic. They were professional while at the same time providing compassionate care. I'm so glad I chose Colonial rehab. The food was better than I could have asked for. You can choose items from the menu for the day or choose something off a list of things that are available every day. The nursing staff was on top of everything. As hard as it was to be away from home, every staff member made it much more tolerable.
