The owner went over and above in servicing our furnace and water heater. Responded same day to furnace failure. Offered a fix that another oil service just bailed on. Charges were reasonable and very fair. Also electricians fried our water heater and he replaced it super quick before a big family event. Also good price. You will be happy if you choose Best Energy. I highly recommend them.
I can't say enough good things about this company. The owner is ALWAYS so responsive to our issues. Between our house, my elderly father's house, and our rental house, he has saved us many times in an extremely efficient and professional manner. He even spent an afternoon helping us to bail out our inches-deep-with-water basement after a surprise, full-force water heater failure. He is one of the good guys in business and for that he has earned our unequivocal and unending loyalty!
This complaint went way above and beyond to help us with our furnace when it stopped working. They came over after hours to help us, and when it still wasn’t working they were right there the next day. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
