The treatment was completely worth it — the difference in my scalp in the before and after photos was incredible. I have curly hair and a sensitive scalp, so I’m usually super cautious about what products I use to avoid irritation or flare-ups. Knowing that Mateo used natural oils made me feel so relieved, and that soothing, tingly sensation let me know the treatment was really doing its job. On top of that, the full body massage and facial were fantastic. I also loved that I was the only person in the salon during my appointment — it made the whole experience feel extra peaceful and refreshing. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I have been following Lily for the past 3 years. I initially booked an appointment to fix a horrible color and cut at another salon in town. I am a bit of a perfectionist and was nervous trying a new stylist.
My experience went beyond measure, she listens closely to your ideas, clarifies on the color choices available and explains the process as she works with you.
I couldn't be more at ease when I'm in her chair. I am a redhead and its difficult to work with this color and match correctly, but she nailed it!
