Best contractor we have ever worked with. His guys are highly skilled tradesmen and they work hard for you, often showing up before 8am each day. Dave kept us updated every step of the way and we couldn’t be happier with the way our project turned out. We will be sure to use him again when we are ready for “phase 3” renovations in our old house. Just give him a call, you’ll be glad you did!

I had been dealing with a leaky, improperly installed, unsealed bay window for over five years. Dave Steeves and his crew removed it and then properly installed a new one. I am so pleased with the result! I really appreciate the time and care he and all of his employees spent on this job. Everyone was courteous, respectful, hard working and diligent. These days, those are not givens. I extend my gratitude to everyone involved.

You will not find a more reliable contractor. Day 6 of the job, his guys are here waiting to get into the house every day at 7:30am. There are 8 guys working on a hall bath upstairs right now. The sub contractors and all managed by Dave, they all show when they say they will, and they are incredibly flexible in working to renovate our old home. Couldn’t be happier that we found Dave and his Team.
