Professional! Quick response and so reassuring and comforting the whole process through. If you’re new to waxing this is the place to go. The pain is minimal (let’s be honest you will feel something) but it’s definitely mild discomfort for a few seconds. You will leaving out smoooooooothhhhh and silky!! Did I say she is thorough! The only hair left will be on your head.
