I truly cannot give enough stars for Nicole Strand and all the office staff. I dealt with a dermatologist for years that shrugged my issues off and did not provide me with proper treatment—finally, my GP recommended Nicole, and within a month my issues have been tended to, and I have received the proper treatment! She and her entire team are extremely proactive with navigating the ins and outs of insurance and communicating those processes/procedures. I know I'm in great hands; the entire team is so responsive and helpful. I've now started to tell everyone I know that they need to switch to PACT derm / Nicole!

Working with Nicole Strand has been an extremely positive experience. She's patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She has helped so much in resolving all of my hair, skin, and nail issues. The medical assistants and front desk have been great too. Glad I found PACT!
