About Natura Beauty Nails & Spa
Natura Beauty Nails & Spa is a well-established salon that provides quality nail services. While the salon is clean and affordable, customers have reported mixed experiences with customer service. Some have praised the skilled technicians, such as Jenny, who deliver excellent nail work. However, others have mentioned long wait times and unfriendly attitudes from certain staff members.
The salon offers a range of services, including massages, which customers have described as pleasant and relaxing experiences. Despite the occasional service decline, the salon maintains a loyal customer base, with some clients returning regularly for the consistent quality of the work and the 20% discount offered on weekdays.
Reviews
First time here. They were ready for my scheduled appointment. Clean, nice job and like the COVID modifications 😊
Amazing. I’ve been going here for the past 2 years since I moved to Milford and every time has been perfect. My nails always last (sometimes over a month 🤠). They really are so awesome. The only thing to be mindful of is wait times. I’ve waited over a hour before. Come here expecting to wait even if you make an appt. Bring a book, friend, something to pass the time. Worth the wait!
