The Spa at Saybrook Point is a favorite, providing an amazing and great experience. The entire staff is always so nice, friendly, and amazing. Guests are extremely satisfied with services like facials and massages. The full facilities are very clean and neat, with everything cleaned and working. Many recommend planning to stay the entire day and having lunch at the Fresh Salt restaurant. It is considered the best spa day ever and a complete trip would not be the same without a visit. The spa is highly recommended for a great experience.

Great vibe by the lake with some smokehouse bbq going in the back wafting our way. Service varies with the bartender but is sufficient. Family owned will always take that over a chain and they usually try harder. Check out a cold one by the water before it gets wintery!

Very clean spa - my wife and I got a couples massage here. We were offered tea and fruit infused water, robes and slippers. The massage beds were adjustable and heated, they offered different essential oil infusions in the massage oil! Overall very relaxing in the room and waiting area. Parking is pretty easy, but can be difficult to find parking at times. Makes for a great day if you pair a massage with some dinner at Fresh Salt. Pro tip: purchase a minimum of one 50-minute (or longer) massage or facial service have access to The Health Club including indoor and outdoor saltwater pools, whirlpool, sauna, and steam room.

We visited the restaurant only. The food was good, the views are great, the staff is friendly.
There was a bit of confusion at the beginning, as there is a separate hostess for seating on the lower deck, by the water. We would love to visit again in the future.
