I was very happy that I chose CT House Inspectors to do my house inspection. Ross was incredibly knowledgable and professional. I showed up 15 minutes early to our 10:30 appointment and he was already at work. Being a first time home buyer, I had 101 questions. Ross was very patient and answered them all. He was also a straight shooter and told me exactly what would need to be addressed soon, and what could wait. In addition, the report I received was very thorough and easy to understand. I will be using it as a guide to improving and maintaining my house for years to come.

I used Ross at CT House Inspectors for the inspection for my new home purchase, and had a really great experience. He was very up front about what was covered in the inspection, any additional fees, and what to expect. At the inspection itself, he was thorough and careful and took the time to explain to me what he found, which then helped me determine which issues I considered to be a big deal, and those that weren't such a big deal. His formal report was sent over within 48 hours, and he was available by phone or email to answer any questions or concerns I had about it.
