Dan and Bills is not closed as Yelp states. In fact, they are almost always open! A previous review also cited a "secretary". They do not have one. Over 15 years I have taken various cars there and they have always been forthright telling me what issue is now, what needs to be done now or for the long term. They always check out the car so you are made aware of other issues. Extremely knowledgeable about cars. Almost any brand. They do the repairs themselves, so maybe it takes longer for them to get the parts and do the work than a larger facility. But, they are far less expensive.
