Louis is an outstanding professional who's dedicated to his craft, an expert in his field and truly meticulous with his analysis. There is no doubt in my mind that he is one of one in his field. He educated me on the history of the foundation of our homes (just like a review that I read before I chose Louis). I could go on for days. The bottom line is Louis is world class and you will not find another ICC certified structural engineer with his credentials who's also personable, patient and takes the time to educate.
