“We recently contracted with Gene Ryone to do a complete demolition and remodeling of our small bathroom. Gene was truly unbelievable to work with from start to finish. “My parents used John's services and he has been absolutely fantastic. The floorboards were delivered a little less than a week in advance of the installation, in order to let them acclimate to the humidity level and temperature of the house. Once installation was ready to begin, John and his employee Ray were there every day by 7:30am. They were delightful and chatty, polite, and clearly experts in the field of flooring. They removed the old carpet too. They worked quickly, were very communicative so my parents knew when they'd need to stay off the floor for any particular number of hours, and they cleaned everything spotlessly so there wasn't even a trace of sawdust when they left. They also rejuvenated an existing staircase made of softer wood, and though it won't hold up as well as the new hardwood they installed everywhere else, they sanded and stained it so it looks rustic and fresh. John came highly recommended by others, and now we'd recommend him highly to anyone else looking for a new floor installation or the refinishing of an old floor.Edit: I'll add a photo of the steps once the risers are repainted.“
