I was very impressed from the first time I spoke with Michelle and then Tammy. Both.ladies were very pleasant, respectful, and accommodating. John came in to figure an estimate. I was told he would be at the house between 9:00 and 9:30. He came in at 8:45, ready to work. Never have I ever had a service person give me a half hour estimate of arrival and be early. Gerardo and George came in 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival. They had 3 upright appliances ro remove and a chest freezer from the basement. They went right to work. We had water damage in bathroom. Fortunately we remembered that many friends had used Servpro of Norwich And were very happy. They came immediately (on a Sunday) to check that water was off and determine how much the water traveled in the ceiling and walls. They took pictures and notes for our insurance company. They returned Monday to cut out drywall and place a dehumidifier in place for several days. The work was completed within a week and looks great. Would definitely use them again.

The Servpro staff headed by Mike Veit and Baylen Vymola were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the reconstruction of our basement and bathroom project. They also provided very insightful suggestions and recommendations. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our basement. We would highly recommend them
